Pretty much everyone (citing the AP Wire) is reporting that Lindsay Lohan MAY be questioned regarding the theft of $400,000 worth of jewelry from ELLE magazine’s London photo shoot on June 6.
Update (VIA AP WIRE) Lohan’s rep has told reporters “Lohan has not been contacted by authorities but would comply in an investigation if necessary.”
Update: TMZ is reporting: ELLE Magazine has released a statement saying, "Elle has no reason to believe that Lindsay Lohan was in any way responsible and has no further comment to make."
WHEW! That was a lot of Lohan at the end. We here at SW feel it’s important to remember that everyone (including Lindsay) is innocent until proven guilty.
