Clearly wise beyond her years, with a level of sophistication to match, Barr delivered delicious sensuality in luxurious fabrics and silhouettes without ever tipping over into the tacky arena. Which is not an easy feat for even the most seasoned designers, and much more so for one only in her third season at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week New York.
