In the dream, I am running as fast as I can until I take off into flight..." These words scrawled across the run of show list at the Monika Chiang Fall 2013 Presentation were an excellent clue as to the creative, imaginative and thoroughly enchanting collection the viewer was about to see.  Bold graphics which suggested a bird's wings while in flight, and subtle military and aviation touches all worked wonderfully together.

The color palette, a rich autumnal array of blacks, burgundies, and creamy buff with pops of bright blue and red, flattered a wide variety of skin tones, and reminded us that above all else Monika Chiang really knows what women want to wear, and how to make all women look great wearing it.
