Fashion feature: Timo Weiland Women's Fall 2013

image:S.Whittle for Style WyldeEye catching prints such as deconstructed snow-scapes and vibrant florals have become a trademark of the Timo Weiland collection, but for Fall 2013 the design team turned away from the tried and true and showed a sleek super streamlined collection that was a bold departure from their previous collections. The result, a fresh and clean collection that had us wishing the calendar would fast forward to Fall ASAP so we can start shopping for these pieces.

Always on the cusp of the next big thing, Timo designers Alan Eckstein and Timo Weiland seem to have an inherent ability to foresee what fashion followers will want to wear, and deliver it in a satisfying package of silhouette, color palette, and construction.

This time around it was all about streamlined looks that still had the trademark Timo patterns, but this time they were darker and edgier than any we've seen before. Window-pane checks, wide stripes and fauna patterns all made an appearance in a palette of black, burgundy and blue with pops of olive greens, turquoise and scarlet.

Leaner, and meaner this new Timo Weiland girl is tough and edgy but still with tons of effortless style, and we liked her, a lot!
