Fashion feature: Kamishima Chinami Fall 2012

The Kamishima Chinami Fall 2012 collection which showed Monday afternoon at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Tokyo, was luxury at its most wearable.  Traditional Japanese prints popped when dotted throughout the neutral centered collection. While relaxed silhouettes were given a modern edge when mixed with slim cut pants and tailored dresses.

image:C.Hope for Style WyldeDue in part to Chimani's own extensive travels throughout the world from which the designer is said to frequently draw upon for inspiration, the collection had a true international feel.  There wasn't a piece in the entire collection that couldn't be as easily pictured worn by fashion followers in New York, London or Paris, as they could be pictured on women shopping the streets of Tokyo.
