Underground sound: Ferocious Few

Image via Ferocious FewThe SW team was in attendance at the San Francisco Fashion Awards on Sunday, and while we were all waiting (and waiting) for the show to start, the crowd was lulled into a near coma with the event Dj's sleepy electronica set.  Just when we were considering curling up on a poolside lounger for a nap, San Francisco's Ferocious Few climbed on to the stage.  With no real introduction, and no soundcheck to speak of, the duo plowed right into a set of stripped down rock that was loud, fast, and full of passion (and gave the event a much needed burst of energy.)

The  Ferocious Few duo, Francisco Fernandez and Daniel Aguilar,  have been making waves with their grassroots performances on street corners all over San Francisco for several years, and were featured performers at the 2008 Download Festival.  For more information check out the band's official myspace page listed above.
