Losing it haiku
istock photoDear Haikusue:
When I was a teenager I was very active in sports and never had to worry about my weight. But since graduating college, and getting a stressful full time office job I've seen the pounds slowly pile on, as I exercise less and often relax with wine in front of the TV at night as I am too tired to do anything else. On weekends, I want to get out and exercise more, but it's my only real time to socialize so I don't feel like spending hours and hours in the gym. I am scared I will be morbidly obese by the time I am 30! What can I do to turn this trend around?
Signed,
