Working girl haiku
Dear Haikusue:
I just started an entry-level job in a VERY competitive/creative company. It is stress full at times, because we are all asked to 'prove ourselves' on a daily basis, but I love the work, and I feel really good about the job I am doing. Basically everything is going great, EXCEPT I have one coworker (not a direct boss, but with more seniority than me) who is constantly stealing ideas/my work and attempting to pass it off as her own. This infuriates me because as one of the more senior employees she has more experience and resources than can dream of, yet she is lazy and attempting to slide by on my work. What should I do?
Signed,

I once had to deal with a fellow employee like this and, later, with a boss. Persevere, keep your mouth shut, and document your work. (Emails with CCs are also helpful.) They are weak. Withdraw your support and they will fall.

Great advice JD, so true in almost every situation like this, the weaker/dishonest employee undoes themselves!
