Photo feature: Somarta Fall 2014

Somarta designer Tamae Hirokawa is beloved throughout the world for her delicate yet elaborate knits and patterned legwear. For the Fall 2014 collection these elements were everywhere and were perfectly accentuated by draped coats and skirts that ran the gamut between slim and flare.
