Fashion feature: Michael Kors Fall 2013

First it will be an over-the-top star studded show both in supermodels walking and  in the A-list celebrity  friends of the designer in attendance. Then there will be solid sportswear driven pieces that are wearable and highly marketable. And finally, the whole thing will be capped off with an array of fantastic accessories such as the too-die-for sunnies, bags and elbow length leather gloves Kors created this time around that come close to stealing the spotlight from the clothes.

The Fall 2013 Michael Kors show was definitely no exception. While the looks themselves were not exactly revolutionary, with the major components being neon colors accented by oversized hounds tooth and 'glamoflauge' prints, the collection was tight and clean and easily imagined being a big hit with women across a variety of lifestyle spectrums.

Not just the 22 year old Brooklyn hipster, or the 30 year old Hollywood star, but all women everywhere, who undoubtedly will be buying up the Fall collection come September.

The men's pieces were equally balanced. Smart suits and well cut sweaters mixed it up with sporty coats for a widely appealing and market-friendly vibe.
