Fashion Feature: What Goes Around Comes Around Spring 2012

Neither rain, nor unbelievably snarled Manhattan traffic could dampen the spirits at Wednesday's  What Goes Around Comes Around Spring 2012 collection where super-sexy 70's boho looks ruled the day.

image:S.Whittle for Style WyldeWhat originally began as simply running a well curated vintage boutique for  What Goes Around Comes Around designers Gerard Maione and Seth Weisser, has morphed into a truly inspired design collaboration which was evident as the impeccably cut pieces, each with a hyper-cool, never trying too hard vibe,  made their way through the two-room salon-style runway show at the Soho Grand. 

image: S. Whittle for Style WyldeA rich color array of bright summer-sun worthy colors, and  layers of texture such as lace, fringe and mixed prints, made many of the pieces lust-worthy. However, stand out favorites from the collection which we imagine will be appearing in 'it' girl wardrobes everywhere next year included the orange flower printed maxi dress with its hyper-flattering silhouette and eye-popping hue (pictured left) and the super-sexy tweed shorts "suit" with its office-girl meets outlaw vibe (pictured top.)
