Anna Sui's Fall 2011 collection, which showed in the Theater at Lincoln Center on Wednesday night, was a feast of colorful prints, 1960's silhouettes, and plenty of rock n' roll spirit.

The boho-meets-gothgirl vibe of the show is one for which Sui has become internationally known, and one that no other designer can come close to executing with such energy, passion, and vibrancy.

Florals mixed with velvets, tweeds accented with beading and an array of hoodies and cat-hats further amplified the look to an irresistibly whimsical level.
Presented in color groups of black and white, oranges, greens, blues and purples, the looks seamlessly unfolded like a field of psychedelic flowers. Rich with life and enthusiasm, the sheer joyfulness of the collection was contagious as more than one of the supermodels walking in the show danced and flirted her way down the catwalk, causing even the jaded photographers on the media riser to burst out in spontaneous applause and cheers
