On the Spring 2012 runways, men's wear got a major overhaul. Gone were the boring silhouettes and expected color palettes of seasons past, as plaids, florals and a bevy of bold hues ruled the day. And while some of the looks such as head to toe florals and velvet knee-britches may prove challenging for the mainstream man, one thing was clear: designers are no longer afraid to inject a little fun in fashion for the American male.
