It-girl beauty news: Charlotte Free for Maybelline

Over the last few seasons Charlotte Free has made a big splash at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week New York, lighting up the runways with her killer cheek bones and pink hair for some of the biggest (and hippest) labels such as Libertine, Timo Weiland and Mara Hoffman. Earlier today, Mega beauty brand Maybelline New York announced it will feature Free as its new face.

Proving they are social media savvy, not just with the selection of New York's brightest rising star for their campaign but also with their means of releasing the news, Maybelline created this soon to be viral video featuring Free,  YouTube sensation P'Trique, Betsey Johnson and many other notable New Yorkers.
