Faux fall

The senseless torture of animals for their pelts is so passé. This season some of the hottest houses in fashion are going faux with lux fur-like looks that won't weigh heavily on your conscience or your bank account.  Some of our favorite Fall faux-fur looks include:

Anna Sui cropped faux fur jacket  $350 at Net-a-Porter.  Shawl collar and cropped length give this straight-from the runway piece an irresistible  vintage-vibe.  One of the few pieces we've seen done in black, it's a dressier way to do the trend and works wonderfully over a sparkling cocktail dress.
