Obakki, Gilded Youth kick off style events this weekend

Thursday: 

An evening of philanthropy and fashion at Hayes Valley's Azalea with the Obakki Spring 2010 Trunk Show from 7pm-9pm.  With classical clean lines, and luxe details the Obakki collection is hard to resist, but when purchase of merchandise benefits the Obakki Foundation, a charitable organization founded by designer  Treana Peake which works to help those in developing countries improve their own lives,  shopping is a must. Prairie Underground trunk show at Clary Sage on Filmore, 6-8pm.

and last but certainly not least, we fell in love with her one-of-kind redesigned blazers and blouses when we featured Jocelyn Ngyuen and NOUS SAVONS designs on Style Wylde last year, now's your chance to peruse her collection as she takes part in a Trunk Show tonight at Collective Boutique on Valencia.

Friday: 

Invisible Hero Industries present, Gilded Youth, a Spring Fashion Event at Loft 1515. Demi-couture runway show featuring unveiling of shoe line Gilded Youth, music cocktails, traveling photo booth.  Loft 1513 for more details.

Saturday:

Designers Martha Davis and Lucy Delgado will be in attendance at Oakland's style gem, McMullen this Saturday for an in-store trunk show. Peruse the gorgeous Spring collections from these two local style makers, and take part in a raffle drawing to win to-die for pieces. 12-4pm.  

SUNDAY: Meet jewelry designer Anne Sportun at Gallery of Jewels Filmore Street location.  While you are there, fill out an entry form to win $1000 worth of the designer's breath taking collection. Visit Gallery's official site for more details.
