Ken and Dana describe the inspiration for their collection as:

"Living in NYC, it often seems we never go more than a week without hearing of a tragedy caused by guns and violence.  Rather than spend our energy on fear or contempt, we've decided to take this instrument that represents violence and reframe it as symbols of non-violence.  Sourcing  from gun manufacturers we have transformed components into jewelry."

We love the grittiness of these powerful pieces that are at the same time tough, and artistic. Looking over the collection, it's impossible not to be blown away by the inherit symmetry and loviness of the triggers and pins, something that while obvious in the final pieces, is unimaginable in guns themselves.
