Weekend Music Round-up

On Friday we start at the Hotel Utah with Dave Gleason & The Golden Cadillacs, 77 El Deora, The B-Stars, and Eric Shea. At Bottom of the Hill it's The New Up, Company Car, and Run Run Run. For an electronica fix you can find Poker Flat Recordings at Mezzanine as they celebrate their 10th anniversary with a showcase featuring Steve Bug and John Tejada. Across town at the Hemlock Tavern you can catch Tussle, Grass Widow, Psychic Reality, and Royalchord. At the Independent you can catch Australia's alt-country stars Kasey Chambers and Shane Nicholson. Also, you can get yourself over to the Rickshaw Stop for Blow Up with the Treasure Fingers
On Saturday we go back to the Hotel Utah featuring Slipstream Sparrows, Night Sweat, and Jake Mann. At Bottom of the Hill it's La Plebe, Pop Bottle Bombers, and Master Volume. Mezzanine is featureing Paris's DATA in his first SF appearance with a DJ set to support his new album and over at Mighty you can catch Detroit techno legend Stacey Pullen. Across the Bay at the Uptown in Oakland it's local boys GRAND LAKE, GUIDANCE COUNSELOR, and THE SUPER CUTES.
