Fashion Girls for Japan returns to NYC this weekend
Just over a year ago Japan's eastern coast was hit with a devastating earthquake and tsunami which left the country with a staggering loss of life, property, and resources. Twelve months later the Japanese people have made big strides in clean-up and rebuilding efforts, but there is still a long, long way to go for the thousands who are still without permanent housing or access to their previous employment.
This weekend New Yorkers (and anyone in the drivable/trainable/flyable area) can help support recovery and rebuilding in Japan, while picking up some MAJOR deals on fashion at the same time, at the second annual Fashion Girls for Japan Sample Sale featuring past season and sample pieces from some of New York's most sought after labels. Men's wear, women's wear and accessories will all be available at greatly reduced prices.
When: SATURDAY MARCH 31 12PM-7PM. SUNDAY APRIL 1 FROM 12PM TO 5PM
Where: THE BOWERY HOTEL, 4 E 3RD ST. NEW YORK, NY
Admission: Minimum $5 donation for admission, VIP tickets for early admission on Saturday are $50 in advance online at Fashion Girls for Japan.
