Late Summer in San Francisco means more than just infamously cold weather, it means the return of one of the Bay Area's biggest cultural events, the J-POP Summit Festival. Two days of fashion, food, entertainment and the most eye- popping street style you are likely to see all year will be featured in the line-up of events which traditionally attracts thousands of attendees from the US and around the world.

Real Escape Game X Evangelion, From the official press release: "The real escape game vol.3 is coming with EVANGELION theme at the J-Pop Festival in Japantown. This vol.3 is a Treasure Hunt Style. You will walk around Japantown to find the clues and work together as a staff of 'NERV'.The game will begin inside the NEW PEOPLE venue’s cinema and then move outdoors with players seeking out clues, puzzles and hints that will be hidden throughout Japantown. It takes a variety of cues and imagery from the smash hit sci-fi anime series. This is an original scenario especially for the J-POP SUMMIT FESTIVAL with a variety of special additions to make this event memorable for game aficionados and anime fans. More than 10,000 people played “Real Escape Game x Evangelion : Escape from an Angel,” when it debuted in Japan last year. The mystery is tough as well as the other Real Escape Game."

In addition to the stop over at  the J-POP Summit Festival, the rally will require players to get stamps at a variety of global locations including venues in Paris, Tokyo and Beijing. On going  both days.

Evangelion Pop-Up Museum- The on-site location for acquiring the official Evangelion World Stamp Rally stamp sets and sheets. Open both days!

Vocaloid Dance Contest- From the official rules: This contest is based on the internet phenomenon of dancers (and amateurs) dancing to a Vocaloid composition (digitally processed vocal technology), usually uploaded onto Youtube. Based on this method, contestants may film themselves dancing to a Vocaloid song, and all submissions are taken in as an uploaded online video format. The videos will be showcased on the J-POP SUMMIT FESTIVAL
