Holiday weight haiku

It's barely December and I have already attended so many holiday parties and events for work ( I'm in  PR and going out is a BIG part of my job)  that it's seriously starting to show on my waistline and on the big bags under my eyes. At this rate I am going to be 25 pounds heavier, and appearing 5 years older by New Years. How do I stop over indulging when my career literally depends on me partying every night of the week?
