Fashion feature: Tess Giberson Fall 2014
image:C.Hope for Style WyldeThere is just something about Tess Giberson's unique talent for taking an unexpected inspiration and wrapping it in a cocoon of utter luxury that, season after season, leaves us breathless and besotted. Unlike so many other designers, who tend towards a 'heavy hand' when it comes to execution, Giberson strikes the perfect balance between thoughtful design and wearable art. And season after season, she creates looks that are not only a joy to witness on the runway, but are also easily imagined being worn 'in real life' by women everywhere.

And, if that opening doesn't get the point across, let us be clear. We adore Tess Giberson's work, and Fall 2014 embodied all the reasons that we do. Drawing on themes of the great outdoors, camping, and classic American sportswear, Giberson brought her own artfully luxe point of view to intricate woven knits, down outwear in A-line silhouettes, and a myriad of to-die-for plaid and digitally printed pieces.
