image: C.Hope for Style WyldeIt's hard to remember a time when designer Bibhu Mohapatra wasn't a major player at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week New York. Season after season his breathtakingly beautiful gowns that are both rich in detail, and unbelievably light in construction steal the hearts of both the editors and the A-list actresses that fill his front row. The Spring 2014 collection is no exception. Ornately delicate with pin tucking, pleating and floral appliqués all making an appearance, but never becoming overwrought,  the collection exemplified all the reasons Mohapatra is so widely adored.
