Sneak peek: Katarina Grey Fall 2013

Catalan designer Katarina Grey is set to take New York by storm as she unveils her Fall 2013 collection during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week New York next week. We caught up with the designer for a sneak peek at what she has planned for her the show. 

Inspiration:

" I was inspired by the extravagant architecture and rich interiors of Versailles. My goal was to evoke the decadence of the Baroque era by using bolder shades of black, ivory and gold to create modern, dramatic shapes." 

A graduate of the prestigious Parsons School of Design, who cut her fashion teeth working for major industry labels such as Marchesa, Giambattista Valli and Moncler Gamme Rouge, Grey is sure to be a rising star of the season.
