Season after season Austrian designer Lena Hoschek has charmed audiences at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Berlin with hyper feminine, retro-inspired looks that flatter the female form as much as they celebrate style of the past. From perfectly fitted pencil skirts, to girdle-inspired swimsuits Hoschek has become known as the designer doing Bettie Page with a high fashion sensibility.

Her well edited collection featured prints, and embellishments far more heavily than in any previous season, with a strong emphasis on craft and detail.

And as for that Día de los Muertos make-up, well, opinions are split in our office between "fun and fabulous" and "way too cheesy and literal." So we pose the question to you: What do you think wyldies? Is the Hoschek runway look a smash or a crash? Let us know if the comments.
