From bald and bearded models, to graffiti scribbled runways German based designer Patrick Mohr has been pushing boundaries and surprising the international fashion industry season after season at Mercedes Benz Berlin Fashion Week. For Fall 2012 Patrick Mohr delivered yet another big surprise, but this time it was his decidedly less gimmicky collection that was far more sophisticated and streamlined than ever before that was creating the bulk of the buzz.

Luxury was everywhere, both in fabrication and silhouette as gorgeously tailored piece after piece in a palette of camels, blacks, whites and crimsons took to the runway. In his expertly crafted looks for both men and women, Mohr carried a hint of hounds tooth print throughout the collection. This coolly restrained design added a shot of urban edginess to the looks and prevented them from tipping into the staid and stogy arena.

An obvious, and overwhelming success for the designer who has already proved his popularity within his hometown of Berlin in season's past, Mohr's Fall 2012 collection has the feel of one that will catapult him into international super-stardom in the very near future.
