Suits come out at Miami Swim

The catwalks are buzzing all over Miami metro this week as SWIM 2012 is underway. A relatively one-dimensional event when compared to the Fall and Spring collections, Miami SWIM encompasses almost exclusively what its name implies; bikinis, one-pieces and an array of colorful beach cover-ups.

These designers, each of whom have included one-or two beach pieces within their past Spring/Summer collections all managed to capture the essence of their very-recognizable points of view, be it retro-glamour, urban sportswear, or world traveler.

Che, the trends have vacillated wildly between super-sexy bikinis made for no more than soaking up sun, to more sporty suits that could easily take on waves.

These are fun, and it's a nice change from all the fall/winter stuff we are seeing in the news. Love the Diesel suit.
