Backstage beauty report: David Tlale Fall 2014

Duality (sleek vs. gritty, nature vs. man made) was the concept on everyone's mind backstage at David Tlale Fall 2014 where teams from Rene Furterer and MAC came together to create a knock-out beauty look.

For each aspect of the final look, there was a composition of opposites, for hair sleek side parts in front, met gritty, beach waves that were pinned back for a casual, natural look.

Products used by Furterer's elite team (led by key stylist Erik Pearson) included:

Fioravanti no rinse detangling spray

Vegetal Styling Modeling Paste

Naturia Dry Shampoo

Vegetal Finishing Spray

Over on the MAC side of the room, contrast and duality was also in play as a hyper-bold eye....

was paired with a nearly-nude lip!

The overall effect was a gorgeously balanced beauty look that perfectly accentuated Tlale's ornate pieces.
