Backstage beauty report: CCA Spring 2013 Runway Show
The final look/Image:S.Whittle for Style WyldeTo match the high calibre work created by the Senior Class at California College of the Arts' Spring 2013 Runway Show, production organizers tapped the team at diPietro Todd to create the hair and beauty look for the evening. No simple undertaking, as the look had to work with all 12 collections being shown, the team chose a classic route that was both sleek and sophisticated.
The makeup was soft and pretty with a pale eye contoured in charcoal and a blushed cheek highlighted with a bright shimmering silver cream.
"For Hair, our inspiration is a graceful bun." Moises Villa, Creative Director at diPietro Todd told SW backstage." We are using Shu Uemura Sheer lacquer to slick hair back and Kerastase Double Force Spray to hold everything in place."
