New People Building in San Francisco's Japan Town/Image Courtesy of New PeopleIf you were in town for last year's JPOP Festival, then you know one of the highlights of the 2-day fashion, music and anime extravaganza was the appearance of Japanese designer Aino Owada of the label Liz Lisa, and the Liz Lisa Styling competition that coincided with the designer's visit. A great day of fashion and culture, the Liz Lisa event introduced Bay Area fashion-followers to "Shibuya Style", and offered a great opportunity for locals already in the know, to show off their styling skills.

Starting March 1st, local Liz Lisa fans have a reason to celebrate again!Owada and company will be launching a brand new pop-up boutique in Japan Town's New People Building.

The boutique which will carry all the trademark retro/modern with a feminine luxe touch dresses and separates from the Liz Lisa line will remain open throughout the Spring and Summer, culminating with a series of events surrounding this year's JPOP Festival Juuly 27-28. ( Get your best looks together Wyldies, Style Wylde photographers will be out in force again to capture JPOP Style!)
