Notes from the master: new album from Nick Cave to drop February 2013
Early this morning a video trailer for Push the Sky Away, the upcoming album from seminal musicians Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds was released on YouTube. The first album since 2008's Dig Lazarus Dig! (and the first album since Mick Harvey's departure) Push the Sky Away is described by Cave in an official statement as:
"If I were to use that threadbare metaphor of albums being like children, then Push The Sky Away is the ghost-baby in the incubator and Warren's loops are its tiny, trembling heart-beat."
Track listing for the album will be as follows:
We No Who U R
Wide Lovely Eyes
Water's Edge
Jubilee Street
Mermaids
We Real Cool
Finishing Jubilee Street
Higgs Boson Blues
Push The Sky Away
